Being naked makes us find new ways to look at our bodies. Accept our imperfections leaving behind emotions like shame and judgement. Getting naked on a safe and respectful environment invites for appreciation and knowledge of our own bodies.

Private Classes

An hour dedicated to a practice where we can work on what is best for you and your goal. Is a great way to initiate a naturist practice. Each class is focused on your needs and aiming for constant growth, as the first class will be to evaluate your level of yoga and define if you would like to focus on strenght, flexibility, balance, mental or a combination.
